Machine description
The semi-automatic POLY-LAB seams the valve and inserts the product into the can using Bag on Valve technology.
It can be customized with aerosol seaming and gas injection, depending on the customer’s needs.
The machine body is composed by an extruded aluminium frame and fairing.
This type of machine can process aerosol cans with a maximum diameter of 66 mm and a maximum height of 330 mm. The machine base has a fixed column with manually adjustable support, on which the operating units are installed. In this way, the devices can be adjusted according to the height of the can used.
