Machine description
Refer to the Aerosol Directive (75/324/EEC as amended and supplemented) and to FEA standards for more information about how the hot water bath testing is performed.
The high-performance rotary machine body is composed by an AISI 304 stainless steel frame and fairing.
This monoblock has 16 positions with the ability to process cans with a diameter from ø35mm to ø74mm and with a height from 80mm to 330mm.
The water tank frame is entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel and insulated to reduce internal heat loss.
All moving parts of the upper side are enclosed by a stainless steel protection with clear, nitro thinner-resistant lexan doors. If one or more doors are opened, the machine immediately shuts down.
Each machine is designed and built to be extremely safe, versatile, and reliable. Each machine uses certified devices to work in ATEX 2 areas.
In order to increase the safety level for ATEX Zone 1 or Zone 2 classified machines, it is recommended to install gas detectors to be connected to the company’s security system inside the machine box and on the ground.
