Machine description
When in Can Mode – Flexy Fill – the machine performs all stages of traditional filling with Aerosol technology and Bag on Valve technology.
With Aerosol Can Mode, the following stations must be activated:
- Product insertion into the can
- Valve shot
- Valve insertion into the can
- Aerosol valve seaming
With BOV Can Mode, the following stations must be activated:
- Valve shot
- Valve insertion into the can
- BOV valve seaming
- In-can pressure control
- Product injection through the valve
- Valve cleaning
When in Vial Mode – Flexy Fiale – the machine automatically activates or deactivates the stations involved in the working process.
The machine body is composed by an AISI 304 stainless steel frame and fairing, and the protections are equipped with transparent PET-G panels, resistant to nitro thinners. They safeguard the operator from all moving parts.
This type of machine can process aerosol cans with a maximum diameter of 100 mm and a maximum height of 330 mm.
Four columns on the machine base support a plate where all devices are attached.
Working height adjustment is controlled by an ATEX-certified linear actuator and can be saved by recipe in the PLC.
The machine is equipped with an electro-pneumatic control cabin with a touch-screen operator panel that controls the operating groups. The panel can also be controlled remotely and from mobile.
