Maintenance packages

Over the years we have run on machines that needed very urgent repairs because the plant had stopped suddenly. Unscheduled work stoppages of hours, sometimes days, that could have been avoided, in most cases, with constant and proper maintenance.

That’s why we created a new service: bundled maintenance.

Bundled maintenance:
3 levels of care

Class 1 – Maintenance

• 11 inspection visits – 1 per month excluding August
• If inspection results in intervention to be performed MDO cost will be discounted by 15%
  15% discount on spare parts
• If interventions are scheduled in subsequent inspection visits, no travel and transfer costs will be charged (if concluded in the day).
• In case of intervention at the customer’s request outside the scheduled visits will be common 15% discount on MDO and spare parts with travel costs charged.

Class 2 – Maintenance

• 4 inspection visits – 1 each quarter
• If inspection results in intervention to be performed, the cost of MDO will be discounted by 10%
  10% discount on spare parts
• If intervention is scheduled in subsequent inspection visits no travel and transfer costs will be charged (if concluded in the day).
• In case of intervention at the customer’s request outside the scheduled visits will be common 10% discount on MDO and spare parts with travel costs charged.

Class 3 – Maintenance

• 2 inspection visits – 1 every semester
• If inspection results in intervention to be performed the cost of MDO will be discounted by 4%.
  4% discount on spare parts.
• If interventions are scheduled in subsequent inspection visits, no travel and transfer costs will be charged (if concluded in the day).
• In case of intervention at the customer’s request outside the scheduled visits will be common 5% discount on MDO and spare parts with travel costs charged.
